SB 1090: Fair Pay Act
GENERAL BILL by Dawson
Fair Pay Act; creates said act; provides additional duty of Florida Commission on Human Relations; clarifies provisions re discrimination against individuals in compensation, terms, conditions, or privileges of employment which constitutes unlawful employment practice; provides for specified wage disclosure, recordkeeping, & reporting requirements, etc. Amends 760.02,.06,.10,.11; creates 760.105.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
