Law Enforcement; describes additional authorized joint city-county law enforcement activity by voluntary cooperation written agreement; provides definition; specifies lawful arrest without warrant for trespass in secure areas of airports; provides for immunity from civil liability for arresting law enforcement officers under certain circumstances, etc. Amends 23.1225, 810.011, 901.15, 934.03.
