Medicaid/Behavioral Health Care; authorizes AHCA to contract for prepaid behavioral health care services for Medicaid recipients in specified counties; authorizes agency to contract for provision of certain services in Alachua Co. & authorizes it to make certain determinations re Sarasota Co.; prohibits inclusion of certain children in such services; requires agency to require certain providers to prevent displacement of certain indigent care patients, etc. Amends 409.912.
