GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Transportation ; Wise

Driver's License Suspension/DUI Test; provides that disposition of any related criminal proceedings shall not affect suspension of driver's license for refusal to submit to blood, breath, or urine test; directs HSMV to invalidate suspension for driving with unlawful blood-alcohol or breath-alcohol level under certain circumstances. Amends 322.2615.
