Firefighter Occupational Health; designates specified sections as part I of provisions re "Fire Prevention & Control"; transfers from Safety Division of LES Dept. to State Fire Marshal Division of DOI powers, duties, & responsibilities under provisions re workplace occupational safety & health; specifies application to firefighters & employers of firefighters; saves certain sections of specified provisions from repeal, etc. Amends Ch. 442, 633.801-.825.
