Smoking Areas/Restaurants; (THIS BILL COMBINES H1153,845) reduces maximum percentage of seats that may be located in area designated as smoking area in restaurants; revises definition of "public place" to delete size requirement for restaurants subject to act, after specified date. Amends 386.203,.205.
Effective Date: 10/01/2000 except as otherwise provided
