Smoking Areas/Restaurants; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/H1153,845) reduces percentage of seats required to be in area designated as smoking area in restaurants; repeals specified provision re definition of term "public place" to remove definition of restaurants of certain size. Amends 386.205; repeals 386.203(1)(p).

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
