TRUST FUND/GENERAL BILL by Transportation & Economic Development Appropriations ; Fuller
Trust Funds/DCA & Dept. of State; terminates specified trust funds administered by DCA or Dept. of State; provides for disposition of balances in & revenues of such trust funds; prescribes procedures for termination of such trust funds; provides finding that specified trust funds within DCA are exempt from constitutionally mandated termination; deletes obsolete cross references to Operating Trust Fund of DCA, etc. Amends 189.427, 252.82, 943.25, 15.09.
