GENERAL BILL by Lee

Health Insurance/Clinical Trials; prohibits certain health insurers & HMOs from denying qualified individuals from participating in approved clinical trials; requires said insurers & HMOs to provide coverage to qualified individuals for certain costs re approved clinical trials; provides for reimbursement of patient costs; requires outofstate group policies to provide coverage for certain costs re approved clinical trials, etc. Creates 627.4296; amends 627.6515.
