Worker's Comp. Joint Underwriting; provides for using funds in Workers' Compensation Administration Trust Fund for fixed operating expenses of workers' compensation joint underwriting plan; provides definitions; provides plan reporting requirements; requires Workers' Compensation Division of LES Dept. to transfer certain moneys to plan under certain circumstances; provides additional means of funding plan deficit. Amends 440.50,.51, 627.311.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
