JOINT RESOLUTION by Childers
Ad Valorem Taxation/Water Management; constitutional amendment, effective January 1, 2001, to remove ad valorem tax limit of 0.05 mill for water management purposes that applies only to northwest portion of state & thereby allow 1mill limit that applies to rest of state to also apply to this area. Amends s. 9, Art. VII.
