AHCA Tobacco Settlement Trust Fund; re-creates Agency for Health Care Administration Tobacco Settlement Trust Fund within said agency without modification; carries forward current balances & continues current sources & uses thereof; abrogates future termination of trust fund. Repeals 20.425(3).
