Game Promotions; redefines terms "game promotion" & "operator" & defines term "older individual"; prohibits certain acts in connection with game promotions & promotional materials therefor; requires certain information to be printed on envelopes & certain information to be printed on advertising & promotional material distributed in connection with game promotion to public through mail; provides rulemaking authority, etc. Amends 849.094, 721.111.
