GENERAL BILL by Governmental Operations ; Tullis

Release of Employee Information; provides specified requirements applicable to employers re background investigation of applicant for employment or appointment as fulltime, parttime, or auxiliary law enforcement officer, correctional officer, or correctional probation officer; requires investigating officer to present authorization form for release of information & provides requirements with respect thereto; defines "employment information", etc.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law
