SB 1296: Workers' Compensation

GENERAL BILL by Grant

Workers' Compensation; deletes limitation on kinds of medical testimony admissible in proceedings before judges of compensation claims; provides that provisions re managed care arrangements do not divest jurisdiction & authority of Judge of Compensation Claims to enter orders re reasonableness & medical necessity of medical care; prescribes rate for payment of impairment income benefits, etc. Amends Ch. 440.
