SB 1298: FRS/Disability or Death Benefits
GENERAL BILL by Clary
FRS/Disability or Death Benefits; directs Retirement Division of DMS to identify & locate specified members of FRS who have received inlineofduty disability benefits or inlineofduty death benefits; provides for reimbursement of such members for income taxes paid in error on such benefits prior to specified date; authorizes division to adopt rules.
