GENERAL BILL by Forman
Transportation; authorizes levy of ninthcent fuel tax on motor fuel & diesel fuel by majority, rather than extraordinary, vote of county governing body; authorizes levy of additional local option fuel tax on motor fuel by majority, rather than majority plus one, vote of county governing body; revises provisions which require levy of local option fuel tax on diesel fuel at rate of 6 cents in every county, etc. Amends 336.021,.025, 339.175.
