Schools/Student's Medical Needs; revises provisions re administration of medication by school district personnel; authorizes only licensed medical personnel to make recommendations re student's medical needs; prohibits inschool physical or mental examinations without parental consent; prohibits certain diagnoses, tests, lessons, & activities; prohibits transportation of student to medical treatment facility without parental consent, etc. Amends 232.46,.465, 234.02.
