GENERAL BILL by Diaz-Balart

Trooper Robert Smith Act; revises criteria for pretrial detention; permits court to order pretrial detention under specified circumstances when it finds substantial probability that defendant committed charged crime of DUI manslaughter as defined by specific provision, re driving under influence, & that defendant poses threat of harm to community; deletes requirement for additional court findings for pretrial detention, etc. Amends FS.
