GENERAL BILL by Morroni ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Jones
Thoroughbred Horse Racing; provides for membership in horsemen's association; provides payment of 1 percent of purse for providing assistance or relief to certain persons associated with thoroughbred racing; empowers Pari-mutuel Wagering Div. to adopt rules & to audit use of such funds; includes reference to Fla. Horsemen's Benevolent & Protective Association, Inc. to conform to act. Amends 550.2614,.3551.
