CS/HB 1437: Enterprise Zones

GENERAL BILL by Business Development & International Trade ; Smith

Enterprise Zones; defines "rural enterprise zone"; authorizes Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to amend boundaries of said zone & provides requirements with respect thereto; modifies employee residency requirements for enterprise zone jobs credit against sales tax & corporate income tax, if business is located in rural enterprise zone; authorizes said office to designate rural champion communities as enterprise zones, etc. Amends Ch. 290.
