Water Control District; (Hendry Co.) codifies & reenacts district's charter as amended; provides for creation of district; provides district boundaries; provides for validation, application of other laws, powers of district, & district taxes; provides for levy, apportionment, & collection of taxes; provides penalties for unpaid delinquent taxes; provides for repeal of prior special acts re said water control district, etc.
