GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Resource ; King
Taxation; provides legislative intent; revises amount of exemption for industrial machinery & equipment used in expanding business; forgives certain taxes; authorizes certain counties to use proceeds of tourist development tax for additional purposes; reduces surcharges on liquor, wine, cider, & beer sold for consumption on premises; provides exemption from surcharge to certain nonprofit organizations, etc. Amends FS.
