Liquefied Petroleum Gas/Sale; defines "category IV liquefied petroleum gas dispenser & recreational vehicle servicer" & "wholesaler"; includes category IV liquefied petroleum gas dispensers & recreational vehicle services within licensure & examination provisions re Sale of Liquefied Petroleum Gas law; provides penalty for operating without license; increases minimum requirements for insurance coverage, etc. Amends Ch. 527.
