Pari-mutuel Wagering; revises tax handle for intertrack wagering re harness horse racing tracks; provides limitation on tax on handle for live jai alai performances; increases amount required to be held out to pay purses re certain horse racing meets; increases amount to be paid for purses re host tracks racing under harness permit for intertrack wagering. Amends 550.0951,.09512,.2625,.625.
