Insurance Coverage/Drugs; prohibits insurers from excluding coverage for certain drugs to treat chronic, disabling, or lifethreatening illnesses in certain insurance policies; requires HMOs providing coverage for certain drugs to comply with certain requirements. Amends 627.4239, 641.31.
