Boating Safety; redefines "personal watercraft"; revises requirements for operation of personal watercraft re authorized flotation devices, times of operation, reckless or careless operation, & minimum age for operation; revises requirements for lease, hiring, or rental of vessels by liveries, re prerental or preride instruction, minimum age for rental, safety information & instruction, & limitation of liability, etc. Amends Ch. 327, 328.72,.76.
Effective Date: 07/01/2000 except as otherwise provided
