Lee Co./Ft. Myers Beach Fire Control; provides legislative intent; provides for codification of special laws re Ft. Myers Beach Fire Control District pursuant to specified provision; codifies, reenacts, & amends all prior special acts; creates & establishes fire control & rescue district as independent district in Lee Co. & fixes boundaries of district; authorizes board to establish & maintain emergency medical services & equipment; provides that this act shall be construed liberally, etc.
