Managed Care Organizations; (THIS BILL COMBINES CS/CS/S1508 & CS/S706,2234) deletes provisions re provider billings; requires HMO to make certain disclosures to provider; provides that HMO organization is liable for payment for services rendered to subscribers; requires HMO organization & DOI to report violations to Health Dept. or AHCA; provides requirements for paying clean claims; provides requirements for denying or contesting portion of claim, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $38,928.
