SB 1518: Residential Traffic Calming Programs
GENERAL BILL by Klein
Residential Traffic Calming Programs; authorizes municipalities to impose surcharge on civil penalties for traffic infractions to fund said programs; prohibits levying of said surcharge on traffic infractions occurring on certain highways; requires proceeds from such surcharge to be deposited in Community Traffic Safety Trust Fund; provides for distribution of such funds. Amends 318.21.
