Internet Safety; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S1284,1476,1528,1616) requires that FDLE increase public awareness on Internet Safety; requires dept. to develop guidelines for using Internet; requires development of mechanism to report crimes through Internet site; includes business or commercial entity within definition of term "consumer" for purposes of specified provisions, etc. Amends Ch. 501.
