Civil Actions/Firearms & Ammunition; provides legislative findings re lawful manufacture, distribution, & sale of firearms & ammunition; prohibits civil actions on behalf of state or other political subdivision against manufacturers, distributors, & dealers of firearms or ammunition & firearms trade associations; provides for actions for breach of contract or warranty; provides for actions for injuries resulting from defects in design or manufacture, etc. Creates 790.331.
