Pinellas Co./Juvenile Welfare Board; provides that state attorney & public defender for county shall be members of said board; reduces number of board members who are juvenile-division circuit judges & increases number of board members who are appointed by Governor; requires appointees of Governor to be confirmed by Senate; provides terms of office.
