Small Employer Health Alliances; provides for insuring small employers under policies issued to small employer health alliances; provides requirements for participation; provides limitations; provides for insuring spouses & dependent children; allows single master policy to include alternative health plans; includes small employer health alliances within policy nonrenewal or discontinuance, coverage modification, & application provisions, etc. Amends FS.
