Indian Rocks Fire District; (Pinellas Co.) provides for codification of special laws re independent special fire control districts pursuant to specified provision re said district, an independent special taxing fire control district in said county; renames district as Pinellas Suncoast Fire & Rescue District; provides for authority of district to levy non-ad valorem assessments; authorizes district to levy ad val taxes up to 3 mills per year against taxable property, etc.
