GENERAL BILL by Saunders
Child Pornography/Computers; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S1284,1476,1528,1616) defines "child pornography"; requires any person who knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, that computer contains images of child pornography or evidence of violations of certain provisions of "Computer Pornography & Child Exploitation Prevention Act of 1986," to report such knowledge or belief to FDLE, etc. Amends 847.001,.0135.
