GENERAL BILL by Geller
Pari-Mutuel Wagering; revises tax on handle for certain intertrack wagers; revises time period for remittance of certain fees & taxes; revises tax on handle for thoroughbred horserace performances; provides for Breeders' Cup Meet; authorizes pools; prohibits levy of taxes on certain programs, parking, or admissions; authorizes State Lands Division of DEP to enter into contract to purchase portion of Hialeah Race Track, etc. Amends Ch. 550.
