GENERAL BILL by Bainter
Pari-mutuel Wagering; revises tax on handle for certain intertrack wagers; revises time period for remittance of certain fees & taxes; revises tax on handle for thoroughbred horserace performances; authorizes thoroughbred permitholders to receive & rebroadcast out-of-state races at certain times; provides for Breeders' Cup Meet; authorizes pools; authorizes State Lands Division of DEP to enter into contract to purchase portion of Hialeah Race Track, etc. Amends Ch. 550.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
