SB 1632: Sexual Predator Prosecution Act
GENERAL BILL by Cowin
Sexual Predator Prosecution Act; creates "Sexual Predator Prosecution Act of 2000"; requires offender serving sentence for sexual battery or murder who is found guilty of separate offense of sexual battery or murder to serve consecutive sentence for each separate offense. Amends 921.16.
