SB 1638: Workers' Compensation
GENERAL BILL by Horne
Workers' Compensation; revises purpose of Workers' Compensation Administration Trust Fund; defines terms "plan" & "fixed operating expenses" for purposes of administering workers' administration program; provides for transfer of funds to worker's compensation joint underwriting plan; provides for funding deficit in workers' compensation joint underwriting plan through policyholder surplus. Amends 440.50,.51, 627.311.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
