Medicaid/Lifethreatening Illness; defines "lifethreatening illness" for purposes of applications for Medicaid benefits; requires CFS Dept. to inquire whether certain Medicaid applicants have been diagnosed with said illness; provides for expedited review of certain applications; provides for default determination of eligibility when time limits for processing such applications are not met; authorizes dept. & AHCA to seek federal waivers to implement act. Amends 409.901,.903.
