GENERAL BILL by Corrections ; Trovillion
Inmate Housing Out of State; prohibits specified contracts to house inmates from another state in correctional facilities within state without approval of regional planning council or specific legislative authorization; provides for submission of proposed contracts to regional planning council & Correctional Privatization Commission for review & approval; requires private vendors to enter into preliminary agreement with said commission, etc.
