GENERAL BILL by Commerce and Economic Opportunities ; Kirkpatrick

Economic Development; exempts certain activities from term "development" for purposes of Local Govt. Comprehensive Planning & Land Dev. Regulation Act; authorizes Tourism, Trade, & Economic Dev. Office to amend boundaries of rural enterprise zone & provides requirements re thereto; modifies employee residency requirements for enterprise zone job credit against sales tax & corporate income tax if business is located in rural enterprise zone, etc. Amends Ch. 290, 163.3164.
