Florida Statutes; repeals various statutory provisions that have become obsolete, have had their effect, have served their purpose, or have been impliedly repealed or superseded; repeals provision re development & distribution of model crime prevention training materials for county & municipal governments; deletes obsolete provisions re termination of office of assistant state attorney & creation of position of assistant state attorney, etc. Amends & Repeals FS.
