Gasparilla Island Bridge Authority; (Lee & Charlotte Counties) codifies specified provisions re said authority, special taxing district; provides district boundaries; prescribes purposes, powers, privileges, duties, liability, & officials; provides for setting of bridge toll rates by district; provides for levy of ad valorem taxes upon lands in said district under certain circumstances & for collection & enforcement thereof; provides power of eminent domain, etc.
