SB 1822: County Courthouse Facilities/Grants
GENERAL BILL by Kirkpatrick
County Courthouse Facilities/Grants; authorizes Supreme Court, through DMS, to administer grant program to provide small counties with funding for acquisition, renovation, or construction of said facilities; authorizes small counties to apply for such grants; requires that recipient provide certain matching funds; provides for grant review panel & its membership & terms of office; requires review panel to annually recommend grant recipients to DMS, etc.
