Title Insurance Policy Exceptions; provides construction; limits use of certain surveys & affidavits for certain title policy purposes; deletes seller's affidavit provision re persons in possession or claiming possession of certain property; requires DOI to adopt, revise, or amend certain rules. Amends 627.7842.
