Volunteer & Community Service Act; creates Fla. Volunteer & Community Service Act of 2000; provides legislative intent; authorizes state to establish policies & procedures which provide for expenditure of funds to develop & facilitate initiatives that encourage & reward volunteerism; provides purposes of act; authorizes Fla. Commission on Community Service to provide specified assistance for establishment & implementation of programs pursuant to act, etc. Amends 14.29.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
