GENERAL BILL by Tourism ; Bronson

Sports Industry Economic Development; provides for DOR to distribute sales tax reimbursements to certified sports industry economic development projects under certain circumstances; creates tax reimbursement program for certified sports industry economic development projects; provides eligibility criteria for amateur sports businesses; prescribes terms & amounts of tax reimbursements; provides certification procedure, etc. Creates 288.113; amends 212.20, 213.053, 288.1229.
