GENERAL BILL by Lee
Municipal Firefighters' Pension TF; provides that consolidated municipal government may impose state excise tax on property insurance premiums on property within boundaries of consolidated government, regardless of whether property is located within separately incorporated area, under certain conditions. Amends 175.101.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
